Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Frost Byte. Please review the following information regarding order processing and shipping.

Order Processing

Due to high order volume, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or fulfilled on weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, additional time will be required for delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take additional time to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, seasonal demand, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Frost Byte's control.

Frost Byte is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact frostbytedecor@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order enters processing.

Frost Byte is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.
